Speaking of wellness: water boosts our vital energy
In the media, at work and also at home: in all spheres of life nowadays we encounter the term “wellness“, which is increasingly becoming a symbol of a new dimension of quality of life. Without a healthy measure of physical fitness and mental balance, many people do not feel up to the demands of everyday life any more.
Usually we do not lack resolutions for a healthy, balanced diet as well as regular exercise – but we often fail because of excuses like too many commitments in our diary or, to put it more humorously, because we lose the fight against our inner “couch potato”. At the same time, trends and opinions in our fast-moving world are changing more and more frequently, and it's harder to get our bearings in the “wellness jungle”. However, the goal is not to achieve the overambitious performance of extreme and top athletes but to maintain our general fitness and enhance our vitality. Wellness is an active and self-responsible effort to improve our own health with the aim of restoring the balance of body, mind and soul.

A simple yet extremely effective aid for escaping everyday stress is: water! When warm water swirls around our body, we can relax and leave everyday life behind us. We quickly feel the soothing calmness which is passed on to our body and our mind through water. Thus we are able to handle stress better and are more productive – or in short: fit for everyday life!
